Jennifer guides executives in identifying options for IT support, cloud computing, and security compliance, enabling them to achieve consistent and productive outcomes from their IT systems.
Jennifer is deeply passionate about educating and serving others. Within her role, she takes great pride in serving as an enabler, educator, and catalyst for clients, ensuring they stay informed of industry changes that will impact their organizations. Before joining MIS, Jennifer worked as a virologist at the CDC, where she researched rotavirus strains and contributed to scientific publications in GenBank. Her background in science and research brings a unique, analytical perspective to the work she does today.

Jennifer married her high school sweetheart, Lliam, and together they’ve raised two accomplished children, Will and Katie. Now empty nesters, she and Lliam enjoy traveling and spending time with their beloved chiweenie, Holly.

Jennifer has co-authored two books—21 Questions You Must Ask Before You Hire a Computer Consultant and The Business Owner’s Essential Guide to IT & All Things Digital. The latter climbed the Amazon bestseller list in May 2014, and in true Jennifer fashion, all royalties are donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
