Lliam Holmes

Chief Executive Officer

Lliam Holmes is the Chief Security Strategist, Co-Founder, and CEO of MIS Solutions, Inc. He has more than 30 years’ experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Lliam holds numerous high-level cybersecurity certifications including:

• Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI)
• Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE)

President and Managing Partner

Jennifer is an exceptional leader, marketer, presenter, philanthropist, and, as she would call herself, “badass”. She specializes in assisting business owners and C-level Executives in resolving business problems, mitigating risks, embracing technological innovations, and enhancing their operational efficiency. Jennifer guides executives in identifying options for IT support, cloud computing, and security compliance, enabling them to achieve consistent and productive outcomes from their IT systems.

Jennifer is deeply passionate about educating and serving others. Within her role, she takes great pride in serving as an enabler, educator, and catalyst for clients, ensuring they stay informed of industry changes that will impact their organizations. She equips them with valuable tools, ideas, and strategies to help them build and grow their professional development and business.

Jennifer is a proud member of the Women Presidents’ Organization and a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett.

Tactical Operations Manager

Derek is an experienced operator and administrator with a proven track record of organizational effectiveness. He specializes in creating and executing workflow processes focused on high client experience standards. Derek has exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Within MIS, Derek has held many roles, which have led to opportunities to be of service to both clients and teammates. Many team members reach out to Derek for direction and guidance on the “MIS Company Way” (aka what is the process for getting something done), and he adds value by informing others so that better decisions can be made.

Above all else, Derek’s main role at MIS is to assist with placing MIS ownership’s vision into practical actions.

Operations Manager

With more than 25 years of managerial experience encompassing people, projects, and systems, Jim is a seasoned problem solver skilled in root cause analysis. He excels as a leader, troubleshooter, and process innovator, prioritizing goals, maintaining organization, and executing tasks while mitigating risks. His dedication extends to managing employee, vendor, and client relationships.

Driven by metrics and a relentless pursuit of efficiency, Jim consistently achieves higher productivity and cost savings, benefiting clients and the company alike. His curiosity and collaborative spirit drive him to explore novel solutions. Jim has extensive expertise in project and resource management, adeptly handling multiple priorities.

Jim’s favorite career accomplishment was receiving the prestigious “Water System of the Year” award during his tenure as the Water Operations Superintendent in Maricopa, Arizona. He and his team achieved over 99% water quality compliance, and implemented polices and processes to reduce water loss and metering inaccuracies by nearly 60%. He also earned the company’s annual Admiral Lord Nelson Award for his outstanding leadership.

Eric Hammond thrives on challenges and continual learning—values that align perfectly with MIS Solutions’ core principle of “Grow.” As Data Center Technical Manager, Eric believes that growth means constantly expanding personal and professional capacity. He approaches each day with the mindset of continuous improvement, asking, “Are we better today than we were yesterday?”

Eric’s passion for solving complex problems and adapting to new environments translates directly into the work he does for clients. For him, success goes beyond resolving day-to-day technical issues; it’s about empowering business leaders and their teams with the tools and support they need to drive growth and innovation. He finds the greatest satisfaction in helping clients overcome difficult obstacles—especially those that require learning something new—so they can outperform their competitors and thrive in a fast-changing digital landscape.
