If You’re Running an Older Version of QuickBooks, Read This!

Intuit announced that access to add-on services for QuickBooks 2016 has been discontinued as of May 31. This includes all versions of QuickBooks Desktop 2016 (Pro, Premier, Enterprise Solutions, Accountant Edition and Mac).

Add-ons that you will no longer have access to include QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Services, Live Support, Online Backup, Online Banking and other services through QuickBooks Desktop 2016 software. This also means you will no longer receive critical security updates.

If you don’t use any of the add-on services in QuickBooks Desktop 2016, then your product will continue to work. However, you will not be able to subscribe to live technical support or any of the other Intuit services that can be integrated with QuickBooks Desktop.

MIS is unable to support applications that have no support from the vendor. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to upgrade to a newer version of QuickBooks Desktop to avoid serious issues.
