VP of Technology Services

Born in Queens, NY to Irish immigrants, Rich focused on Criminal Justice at Nassau Community College before joining the United States Marine Corps and becoming a radar technician. After active duty, he became his reserve unit’s technical chief, attended Polytechnic Institute of New York to further IT studies, and was an electronics repair technician and supervisor for Fairchild Space and Defense Systems.

Rich then worked for 20 years in IT at TWA Airlines (becoming TWA and Northwest’s Pars Service Partnership, then Delta took a part ownership becoming Worldspan for all 3 airlines) in senior technical specialist, supervisor and senior management positions.

He devoted another 10 years as Huddle House’s IT director. With IT certifications and American Management Association accreditations, Rich leads the MIS team to make sure projects are delivered on time and customers receive the best possible support (what he enjoys most), working with vendors and building tools to make that happen, and sales and business development.

Family includes wife Gi and three kids. Outside the office, Rich works on classic cars or motorcycles, searches for that next car project, boats on Lake Allatoona or cruises to his favorite travel destination, Cozumel.
