Meet Baxter, our February Pet of the Month

This adorable Yorkshire Terrier belongs to Melanie Musick at Living on the Edge with Chip Ingram. Unlike the more common 4- to 7-pound Yorkie, Baxter weighs in at 20 pounds making him quite the giant in the terrier world.

Here’s a fun fact about Yorkies: They originated in Yorkshire (and adjoining Lancashire), a county in northern England when mid-19th-century workers from Scotland came to Yorkshire in search of work and brought with them several different varieties of small terriers.

Meet Luke, Our April Pet of the Month

Our sweet pet of the month belongs to Vicki Fulgham at Living on the Edge with Chip Ingram. According to Vicki, Luke is a sweet pup who enjoys long romantic walks to the mailbox. Luke is one smart cookie – he knows how to tell time. Vicki says he knows when it’s 4:30 and time to retrieve all those envelopes and junk mail.

Meet Gracie, Our March Pet of the Month

Gracie is a stunning Khao Manee cat and belongs to our very own Matt Davis. She is 11 years old and has been a faithful companion at the Davis household since she was a wee kitty. Matt found Gracie behind an office building where he worked at the time. She was injured pretty badly, but Matt nursed her back to health and today she is a very healthy and energetic cat.
