If you’ve ever called our office for support, chances are you’ve spoken with Roy. Roy is one of our super-duper service coordinators. He’s like an air traffic controller – when clients need support, he assesses the issues then coordinates the orderly and expeditious flow of tickets to our friendly support engineers. His ultimate job is to make sure our clients quickly get the help they need when they experience technical issues.

What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
I am an adult leader with the Boy Scouts of America – Assistant Scout Master and Outdoor Activities Chair. That means I get to plan AND enjoy the campouts for our troop. We have crawled through and slept in caves, taken a two-week-long 60-mile hike in the lower Rockies, a one-week hike in the Great Smokey Mountains, a week-long trip in the Florida Keys on a sailboat, along with other various weekend campouts, hikes and activities. As much fun as all of that is the best part is watching after and helping scouts learn valuable life skills.
