Ryan joined the executive Team MIS in August bringing with him a level of energy often found in toddlers! He also has a little mischief streak that you can read more about below. Ryan is an enthusiastic go-getter and is already making a positive impact at MIS. He and his wife, Amy, live in Pontiac Mich., with their adorable 2-year-old son Levi who loves action sports just like his daddy.

Tell me about your family. Amy Ikeler and I have been married for seven years.  We have a 2-year-old son, Levi, who loves action sports just like his Daddy! Humor is a big part of our family, we love to have fun and spend time together doing things as a family such as boating, dirt biking, golf, etc.

What is your favorite food? Mexican

Name something on your bucket list. Bull Riding

What’s the craziest/funniest/most outrageous thing you’ve ever witnessed/done? I built one of the largest snowmen in Michigan in the middle of a road. It went Viral.

What is something most people don’t know about you? I co-founded the Center for Success with my Brother DJ. We provide afterschool mentoring and tutoring for children in underserved communities. My wife and I are incredibly passionate about helping the next generations of kids especially those who are in underserved families.  We moved to Pontiac, Mich., because of that passion! READ MORE

Tell us a little bit about what you do each day. I spend my time helping MIS grow its customers in our local markets and Partners across the country – I think I have the coolest job in the world – I love meeting new people and helping them overcome their challenges.

What’s the most fun thing about your job and why? Every day is different and a new challenge which is great for a guy who has a little ADD.

What is the most challenging part of your job? Staying focused on things that take time to develop

What do you like to do for fun outside of work? Snowmobiling, dirt biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, golf, etc.
