Help Desk Engineer
Scot was born and raised in Baltimore but has spent the last 40 years in Atlanta. After graduating from the Massey Institute, a division of Massey Business College, he began his IT career working as a contractor. Since then he has worked the help desk and network support, has been a network manager and network specialist.
An educator at heart, Scot enjoys helping end users understand the what, why and how of their applications better so that minor problems don’t become major stumbling blocks to their productivity – they are equipped with the knowledge to resolve those small issues should they happen again. Of course, when big computer system issues pop up, Scot is ready to step in and save the day.
When not wearing his super hero cape at MIS Solutions, he spends time with his wife Wendy and their two daughters, Rachel and Hannah. He enjoys bike riding, traveling, fishing and watching CSI and NCIS reruns.
