Under the Greenlight™ Advanced and Complete service plans, basic installation and configuration of your existing hardware and software are included in your monthly fee. From servers and workstations, to smartphones and other network devices, even Microsoft Office and third party software.

Greenlight™ service plans allow you to choose the level of network administration and support that is right for your business. We'll handle everything from basic server and network monitoring to server and workstation patch and update management. For those looking to outsource their IT needs, our Unlimited Helpdesk Support and Unlimited On-Site Support provide prompt and professional resolution of issues at a economical monthly fixed fee.
Documentation and Resource Management
Along with providing administration and management of your network, we will maintain records of the critical configurations of your network, manage your software licensing for compliance, and keep updated records of your hardware purchases and upgrades. This information is easily accessed through the Greenlight™ Service Portal.
