
Lliam Holmes
Founder, CEO

Lliam has over twenty years' experience in information and computer
technology. In the early 1980's (before the personal personal
computer), Lliam not only built his own computers, but also developed
his own software. While studying Electrical Engineering at Devry
University, he began as a computer hardware technician with Bethco Inc.,
a computer systems integrator who served Fortune 500 companies including
BellSouth, Georgia Power and Southern Company. After two years and
numerous hardware and software certifications, he worked his way into a
service manager role, followed by a promotion into project management
and custom software development.
Lliam is certified on the following hardware: Compaq, Hewlett Packard,
IBM, NEC and Toshiba. He has worked as a software developer mastering
several languages including Paradox, C++, Delphi, Java, Silverstream,
Websphere, C# and .Net. From 1996 to 2001, he served as a developer on
projects for companies such as PCS Health Systems, Nokia Cellular,
Crozer Keystone Medical, SciHealth, NAPA Auto Parts, and Home & Garden
Television (HGTV). |

Jennifer Holmes Founder, President
|
Jennifer joined her husband, Lliam, at MIS Solutions in 2000. Prior to
joining the company, she served as research microbiologist for the Viral
Gastroenteritis Unit of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
where she studied and published work on Rotaviruses from 1996-2000. She
earned her bachelor's degree in Biology from the Georgia Institute of
Technology.
Jennifer has helped shepherd the grass-roots
referral and expansion efforts of MIS Solutions, and currently oversees
the company's operations and sales groups. She has also served for
numerous civic associations including the National Association of Women
Business Owners (NAWBO), the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce Technology
Forum, and the Buford-North Gwinnett Rotary. She is an alumna of
Leadership Gwinnett, a member of the class of 2002-2003. Jennifer and
Lliam reside in Sugar Hill with their two children. |

Mark Herndon
Service
Manager
|
A Georgia native, Mark joined the MIS team in July 2001 after an eighteen
year career as a senior sales representative. With a background in
math and customer service, Mark added Cisco, A+ and Networking
certifications to an existing BA-Management degree from the University
of Georgia.
Drawing on experience having supervised staff, managed budgets, and
cultivated new and existing accounts, Mark contributes a business
perspective to technology needs in which time and money considerations
are recognized. Coming from this varied background, Mark brings the
right mix of technical expertise balanced with effective interpersonal
skills. Assuming the role of Service Manager in 2009, Mark
serves as Senior Engineer on a number of accounts as well as oversees
the daily operations of the technical staff.
Mark and wife Kelly grew up in Gwinnett and are active in a number of
community and service initiatives in the area. They have two sons
and a daughter, with two in college and one in high school |

Stephanie Penton Customer Service
Manager
|
After serving 14 years in the management and training
fields of Eckerd Drug Corporation, Stephanie graduated from Brenau
Univeristy with a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resource Management.
Stephanie, originally from New Orleans, joined
the MIS Team in August of 2006 as customer service representative.
Stephanie is very customer service focused and enjoys serving others.
Her initiative and “Make it happen” attitude led to her promotion to
Customer Service Manager in 2009. Currently, Stephanie oversees
and manages the daily operations of the MIS customer service and
administrative teams. She coordinates the interaction between the
customer service and technical teams to ensure that all client requests
are logged and responded to in a rapid manner.
Stephanie has 2
married children and 1 daughter in high school. Stephanie is very
active with her church and serves as a Board Member of the East Hall
High School Band Boosters. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her
family and loves gardening. |
