Headquartered in Suwanee, GA, a suburb of Atlanta, MIS Solutions is headed by founder and CEO Lliam Holmes, and his wife, Jennifer. Lliam also serves as senior engineer and Jennifer is company president. The company is a Microsoft Partner and Certified Intel Systems Dealer. The company employs certified systems engineers, assisted by purchasing and scheduling agents, client service representatives, and a 24/7 help desk. A senior field engineer is dedicated to each client to foster a relationship and service delivery. Additional field engineers and helpdesk teams are cross-trained to support the primary engineer, to ensure clients receive prompt assistance.
“We save clients costly repeated repairs and ‘band-aid fixes’ by getting to the roots of network problems they are experiencing,” explains Lliam. “Once we resolve those problems, we provide regular monitoring and maintenance through our innovative Greenlight™ network management plans.
