Customer Service Representative

MIS Solutions, Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Customer service representative (CSR). The right candidate will be able to multitask in an ever changing environment; we are looking for a "do whatever it takes" person who possess excellent follow-up skills and a "can do" attitude.
The CSR will be responsible for answering client service requests via phone and email. He/she will also contact clients to schedule service and coordinate with engineers. Candidate must be able to contribute to a team environment and have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of management. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are required. The application process for this position includes a written skills assessment. Candidates will also be subject to a background check that includes criminal, credit, and the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). In addition, candidates must pass a drug screening. This position is classified as part-time and compensation is salary with health and other benefits as company standard.
Requirements
- English speaking with effective grammar usage
- Minimum of three years' experience in customer service field
- Minimum of three years administrative work
- Possess professionalism and can do attitude in phone, email and in person contacts
- Ability to multi-task and follow-up on assignments without micromanagement
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- Be a self-starter and follow team initiatives and standard operating procedures
- Be detailed and follow-thru on specific directions
- Communicate client needs in an effective and personal manner
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees, department, staff, vendors and clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
Hours: Monday – Friday from 8am-2pm
Additional Skills - Recommended
- Basic computer terminology and fundamentals
- Typing skills of 50+wpm
- Strong and clear voice for phone and in person encounters
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs (UPS packages, etc)

The Engineer will be responsible for complex projects involving service, installation and repair. Candidate must be able to contribute to a team environment and have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of management. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are required.
